At CampFables, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos showing the product and packaging
After review, CampFables may offer:

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items when stock is available.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CampFables cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact CampFables before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
